- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 lg marshmallows

Italian Wedding Soup

- 5 cups of chicken broth
- 1 lb of extra lean ground beef
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 5 leaves fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta
Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C)
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- pepper to taste
Dare Deviled Eggs

Remove shells from eggs, and halve, discarding the yolks
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbs. white vinegar
- 1 16oz. can garbanzo beams.
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. sour cream
- 2 Tbs. yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp. red chile powder
- 2 Tbs. minced green onion
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Grilled Shrimp in Apricot Hoisin Sesame Glaze

Heat oil in heavy saucepan over medium high heat and sauté garlic, sesame seeds and ginger for 2 minutes
- For Glaze ----
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp fresh minced ginger root
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 8 oz hoisin sauce
- For shrimp ----
- 2 lb lg cleaned fresh shrimp
- 2 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
