Rich Hot Chocolate

Put milk, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan over medium high heat
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 3 Tbs. granulated sugar, more if needed
- pinch table salt
- 3 1/2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbs. hot sauce
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cup panko

- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine sugar, butter, milnot, marshmellow in heavy saucepan
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup milnot
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 jar marshmellow fluff
- 2 6-0z. pkgs. chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Marinated Feta Cheese

Cut feta into large chunks
- 1/2 lb feta cheese or an un-ripened goat cheese
- 5 3" sprigs each, marjoram, rosemary, oregano (2 Tbsp of dry crushed)
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 5-6 olives
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Perfect Parsnips

Try to select interesting shaped parsnips, they look great when they're roasted
- 1 kg of parsnips.
- 3 Tbsp. of wholemeal flour.
- 1 Tbsp. of ground black pepper.
- 1 Tbsp. of sea salt.
- 1 generous handful of Parmesan cheese.
- 2 Tbsp. of olive oil.
Chocolate Martini

In a pitcher, stir together the half-and-half or light cream, chocolate liqueur, and vodka
- 3/4 cup half-and-half or light cream
- 8 oz. dark chocolate liqueur (1 cup)
- 2 oz. vodka (1/4 cup)
- Ice cubes
Italian Sausage Soup

1. In a 4 quart Dutch oven, combine sausage, onion, carrot and celery, cook until sausage is brown
- 1 lb Italian Sausage (casing removed if any)
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 1 med carrot, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 8 cup chicken broth
- 1 14-1/2 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup orzo
- Parmesan cheese, finely shredded (optional)
