Roman Green Beans with Fontina Cheese

Cook the beans in boiling water until crisp-tender, about two minutes
- 1 lb fresh string beans, trimmed
- 1/2 lb fontina cheese, cut into strips about 3 X 1/4"
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Pat's Blt Dip

Mix all together and refrigerate
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 med tomato chopped, about 1 cup
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Old Fashioned Goulash!

In a large pan, saute your ground meat in skillet over medium-high heat until HALF cooked, remove from heat
- 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 large Yellow onion, diced
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- 1 T Adobo Seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 T seasoned salt
- 1/2 T black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Glazed Honey Nuts*

Combine salt, curry powder, and ground red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- cooking spray
- 1 cup unsalted pecan halves
- 1 cup unsalted walnut halves
- 2 Tbs honey
Just Like Thanksgiving Chicken Salad

Spicy Sriracha Glazed Chicken Wings

Mix marinade in 9x13 inch pan
- 1/4 cup low sodiium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 1/2 lb chicken wings

- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 3/4 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
