Parmesan Rollups*

Remove crust from bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin
- 1 lg loaf sandwich bread
- 1 sm jar Cheeze Whiz (8 oz.)
- 1 cup melted butter
- 8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Sweet and Tangy Balsamic Dressing

Wisk until combined. Cover and chill
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Fiery Cornmeal Chicken Strips*

- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar

- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) Tyson Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders

Pork Tenderloin with Herbs

Preheat gas grill on high level for 20 min or use charcoal briquette fire when the coals turn white
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
- 2 Tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives or 1 tsp dried
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, ground
- 2 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cloves, ground
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp shallots, minced

- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 oz. cream cheese
Heidi's Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks and boil until soft
- Topping:
- 5 lg sweet potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. grd. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter, softened

Old Fashioned Supper Soup

In a large heavy pan cook onion, garlic and basil in butter until tender
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
- ground pepper
- 3 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 3 cans golden mushroom soup
- 3 soup cans water
- 3 14.5 oz. cans Italian Style stewed tomatoes
- 1 14.5 oz. can garbanzo beans
- 1 can black olives, halved length wise
- 3 cups chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 1/2 cups pasta shells
Fried Dill Pickles

Mix together all ingredients except the pickles
- 8 dill pickles, cut into med thick slices
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 1/4 Tbsp paprika
- 1 1/4 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/4 Tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- Oil for frying
