- 1 can black olives
- 1 can full of green olives

- 8-oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8-oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 8-oz. cream cheese
Cornbread

Cheesy Potato Bake

Thinly slice the potatoes, and place in a greased, shallow 2 qt

- 1 Tbs. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt

- 1 cup (4-oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
Green Olive Deviled Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot, cover with cold water and bring to a full boil

- 3 - 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. yellow or dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 cup green olives with pimentos, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Sweet paprika, for garnishing
Cognac Cocktail*

Mix 2 to 3 parts tonic with 1 part cognac, over ice, in a brandy snifter

- choice of meat toppings: 1/2 pound sausage (preferably uncured), sliced pepperoni (preferably uncured)
- 12 oz. pizza sauce or 2 cans (6 oz. each) tomato paste
- choice of vegetables toppings: chopped peppers, sun dried tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped or sliced portobello mushrooms, fresh spinach, sliced olives, diced broccoli
- fresh or dried basil
- fresh or dried oregano
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
