Marinade: Combine the 4 green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger root, and garlic

Frank'a Red Hot Chicken Wings

- 4-5 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 Tbs white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
White Chocolate Drops
