Easy Make-Ahead Sloppy Joes

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is evenly brown
- INGREDIENTS:
- 2 2 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Mustard
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 1 1 small onion, minced
Pineapple Smoothie ( Make ahead for freezer)

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt ( You can use plain yogurt, but we prefer vanilla.)
- 1 banana (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups ice
Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Directions: 1. Place chicken, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, onion, green chiles, and garlic into a slow cooker
- Ingredients:
- Prep Time: 30 Minutes
- Cook Time: 8 Hours
- Ready In: 8 Hours 30 Minutes
- Servings: 8
- "A quick, no-fuss version of chicken tortilla soup! All you do is put everything into the slow cooker, and turn it on. Then garnish with baked corn tortilla strips!"
- 1 pound shredded, cooked
- chicken
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole peeled
- tomatoes, mashed
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green
- chile peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups water
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 7 corn tortillas
- vegetable oil
Pork Roast (from Jennifer's friend Wendy)

Mix together all ingredients and pour over roast
- 4 pd. pork roast ( I used pork tenderloin)
- 1 large can of peaches ( I used peach preserves)
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Double-Chocolate Muffins

1.Heat oven to 375°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups
- 1 cup Fiber One® original bran cereal
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal® whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Slow Cooker Pumpkin-Apple Dessert

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Directions If grilling, preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil a sheet of aluminum foil
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 onion, cut into wedges
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Thai chili sauce or hot sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
CHICKEN WITH CREAMY DIJON HERB SAUCE

MIX broth, mustard, cream cheese and herbs until well blended; set aside
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 6 tbsp. FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup cream cheese spread, softened
- 1 tbsp. minced herbs (parsley, basil or chives)
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 4 (6 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. minced garlic

- 1 Heat oven to 400°F. In ungreased 9-inch pie plate, stir vegetables, chicken and soup.
- 2 In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- 3 Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crust golden brown.
