Down-Home Sausage Gravy Over Biscuits

Directions CRUMBLE sausage into large skillet,; add onion
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) breakfast sausage
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cans (12 fl. oz. each) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- 8 biscuits, kept warm
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Lemon

- 5 slices red onion
- 1 can Black Olives chopped or sliced
- 2 to 4 Pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup or more Croutons (make your own using this crouton recipe!)
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup White Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt or clove
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

- 8 Large Egg Yolks
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 C Sugar
- 4 - Large Lemons Zested (If small 6)
- 4 - Large Lemons Juiced (about 3/4 C Juice)
- 1/4 t Real Salt
- 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter Cut into pieces
- 1/4 C Heavy Cream well chilled
