Penne with Roasted Tomatoes,Garlic, and White Beans

Preheat oven to 450 Slice each tomato into 8 wedges and discard the seeds
- 3 large ripe tomatoes
- 6 large cloves garlic, papery outermost skin removed, but left unpeeled
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- one 15.5 can cannelini beans
- 1/2 box penne pasta
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into ribbons
- 14 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Pepperoni Roll

1. Combine water, salt, sugar, and oil
- Yield:
- Fluffy Italian bread rolls, filled with seasonings, pepperoni, and cheese

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil

- 1 tablespoon dry yeast

- 1 cup (packed) coarsely chopped slices of turkey or beef pepperoni

Linguine With Chili Scallops

- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 1/2 pounds sea scallops
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 8 scallions, cut into 1" pieces including green tops
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes

- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
