Remove meat stock from fire (if too thick add equal amount of hot water)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons meat stock
- 2 teaspoons kitchen bouquet (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 cup sour cream
Zucchini Relish

Mix the first five (5) ingredients and let stand overnight
- 10 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1 sweet red pepper (not hot), ground
- 4 cups ground onions
- 1 green pepper, ground
- 5 tablespoons salt
- 2 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Crock Pot Spiced Apple Cider

- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/2 t whole allspice
- 1 t whole cloves
- dash ground nutmeg

CHUNKY MARINARA SAUCE: Add olive oil and butter to a Dutch oven on medium heat
- CHUNKY MARINARA SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion diced small
- 4-5 cloves garlic smashed and minced
- 1 28 oz. can Muir Glen Organic Crushed Tomatoes with Basil
- 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 2 shakes of red pepper flakes
- (optional) 1/2-3/4 cup vodka*
- (optional) 1/2- 3/4 cup red wine
- EGG PLANT:
- 1 medium eggplant (about 7 inches long)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup Italian or whole wheat bread crumbs
- 2 cups chunky marinara sauce
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Best Mexican Casserole Ever

Brown ground beef and onions together for about 10 to 12 minutes, drain
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can kernel corn drained
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 pkg taco seasonings mix
- 8 to 12 corn tortillas
- 3/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes with green chiles drained
- 1/3 cup Mexican blend or taco cheese shredded
- Sliced jalapeno peppers
Turkey Meatballs with Herbed Gravy, the best

Turkey Meatballs: Preheat oven to 400F degrees
- Turkey Meatballs:
- 16 oz lean ground turkey
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned cornbread stuffing
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Herbed Gravy:
- 12 oz container McCormick Simply Better Turkey Gravy
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage, parsley)
- pepper to taste

- 4 Oz cream cheese
- 1 Can cream of chicken soup
