- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat

- 1 stalk celery, chopped
Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese with Bacon

- 1 box (1 pound) macaroni·
- 6 slices bacon, diced·
- 1 tablespoon butter·
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour·
- 2 cups milk·
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder·
- 1/4 teaspoon salt·
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper·
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded·
- 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese (4 ounces)·
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)·
- 8 slices Kraft Deli Deluxe American cheese (6 ounces)
Hungry Girl’s Mega Mac & Cheese

. This mac and cheese recipe replaces macaroni with cauliflower
- 3 cups frozen cauliflower florets
- 4 1/2 oz (about 1 1/4 cups) uncooked high-fiber elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp light sour cream
- 2 slices 2% American cheese
- 4 wedges of The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese
- Optional seasonings: salt and black pepper
Roasted Butternut Squash and Sage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/2 butternut squash, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch cubes (about 3 cups)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 - 7 leaves fresh sage, chopped (or) 2 tablespoons dried sage
Strawberry Arugula Salad

- 2 cups arugula
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 Oz Feta Cheese
- 1/2 Oz pecan (about 10 halves)

- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Soft and Moist Zucchini Bread

Use a potato peeler to remove outer layer of Zucchini
- 3 Beaten Eggs
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Wesson Oil (vegetable oil)
- 2 Tsps Vanilla
- 2 Cups Grated Zucchini
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Tsp Cinnamon
- Add nuts and/or raisins if desired
