Remove papery outer skin from garlic (do not peel or separate cloves)
- 3 whole garlic bulbs
- 6 large onions, halved
- 5 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 turkey (14 to 16 pounds)
- 2 cups white wine
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar

Cookies, Pumpkin with Cream Cheese Frosting

Easy to make! Everyone loves them! If you double the recipe to make more cookies, you won't need to double the fros
- For the cookies:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground all spice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- Pinch ground cloves
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- For the frosting:
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Zest of one lemon

Waffles: In large bowl, combine flour, yeast, granulated sugar, salt, nutmeg, and ginger; set aside

- 2 tablespoons diced banana
