I make these the night before and bake them in the morning
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, condensed milk, lime juice, and lime rind
- Crust:
- 1 9 inch pie crust, baked
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 2 drops green food coloring, optional
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 ounces butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- Whipped Cream Topping:
- 1 cup cold cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Chicken, Grilled Buttermilk

Brine the chicken up to 1 day before grilling; grill up to 1 day before serving (chill airtight)
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 6 chicken thighs (about 2 1/2 lb. total) 6 chicken drumsticks (about 1 3/4 lb. total)
