- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 bananas
Slow Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken

TOSS chicken with taco seasoning and flour in slow cooker
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
- 1 Pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 each green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1-1/2 cups Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 Can whole black beans
- 1 Can no-salt-added corn
- 1 cup Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
Lemon Garlic Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes

I found this recipe on a bag of baby Dutch yellow potatoes that I recently bought for a different recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs dutch yellow potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (or less, if cutting calories)
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- juice of one whole lemon
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated (or more, to make up for less butter)
Portuguese Shrimp and Sausage Soup

Place all ingredients except shrimp in slow-cooker
- 1 Can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 4 red potatoes, quartered
- 8 oz choriso, sliced 1/2 in thick
- 1 lg cubanelle or italian frying pepper, quartered and sliced (1 cup)
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp each salt and dried thyme
- 1 lb med shrimp, peeled, deveined and thawed
