Turkey and Vegetable Focaccia Sandwich

Very good; had at Susan's house
- 1 Can artichoke hearts (14 oz), drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/3 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1/3 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING
- 3 pkg. (6 oz. each) of Deli style oven roasted turkey breast
- 6 slices Mozzarella Cheese slices
- 1 10-12-inch focaccia bread, split open
Slow-Cooker Coconut Oatmeal

Rub the interior of the slow cooker with butter
- Butter
- 8 cups water
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup honey or light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, or roasted coconut flakes for garnish
Turkey-Vegetable Casserole

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 1 16 ounce bagfrozen stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery)
- 1 18 ounce jar home-style gravy (1-3/4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon finely snipped fresh sage or 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cut into slices
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cooking apple, thinly sliced
- Fresh sage leaves (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

FOR CAKE: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- RECIPE CAKE:
- 6 large egg white
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- RECIPE CREAM:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (7.6 oz) nestle media crema
- 2/3 cup (5 fl-oz can) evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup brandy or Kahlua or liqueur of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- RECIPE TOPPING:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 T granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Marrier's Marinade

Combine all ingredients and mix well
- 1 1/2 C salad oil
- 3/4 C soy sauce
- 1/4 C worcestershire sauce
- 2 T salt
- 1 T black pepper
- 1/2 C wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 t dried parsley flakes
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/3 C fresh lemon juice
Weight Watchers Broccoli Cheese Soup - 2 Pts Per Cup

- 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (1 lb) bags frozen broccoli
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can rotel brand tomatoes and green chilies
- 10 ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese product
Curried Chicken Salad Sandwiches

- 2 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and finely chopped
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- 2/3 cup reduced-fat mayo/dressing
- 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked diced chicken breast
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 loaf good bread (homemade or french loaf)
- 1 head green leaf lettuce, washed and patted dry.
Fast Shrimp Bisque

Directions 1. In a 4-quart Dutch oven combine the water, Old Bay Seasoning, shrimp, and celery
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning or other seafood seasoning
- 12 ounces fresh or frozen medium shrimp in shells, thawed
- 2 stalkscelery, thinly sliced (1 cup)
- 1 12 ounce canevaporated milk
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste or 1 or 2 anchovies, finely chopped
- Seafood seasoning (optional)
