Cream Cheese Icing for cake decorating

Cream together shortening, butter, and cream cheese until nice and smooth
- 1/2 cup of shortening
- 1/2 cup (one stick) unsalted butter @ room temp
- 1 8oz bar cream cheese @ room temp
- 1 tblsp white vanilla extract
- 2 lbs shifted powder sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mini Angel Food Cakes with Marshmallow Frosting

- 1 (16-ounce) box angel food cake mix
- 2/3 cup coconut water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes, for decorating
Pork Lo Mein

Asian Noodles with Vegetables and Pork
- Substitutions that work:
- 12 -oz package soba noodles
- 5 garlic cloves
- One 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 lb lean, boneless pork loin, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbls reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbls vegetable oil
- 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbls oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbls cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup chicken stock or broth
- 1 lb bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- Any long, thin pasta will work in place of soba noodles.
- Use chicken, steak, or shrimp in place of pork.
- Use button mushrooms in place of cremini shrooms.
- Go to the Asian market and buy real oyster sauce (as opposed to the 'oyster flavored' sauce in most grocery stores.
- Use fresh veggies in place of frozen.
Pepperoni/Mozzarella Pull Apart Bread

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F Separate pizza dough into small bite sized pieces
- PEPPERONI/MOZZARELLA PULL APART BREAD!!!!
- 1/3 cup favorite flavored dipping oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 (16 ounce) pkgs pre-made pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
- 1 (7 oz) pkg sliced pepperoni
- 1 (8 oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Truffle filling (for cake)

Decadent and delicious filling for cakes or cupcakes
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups chocolate chips (see note)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups 10X Powdered Sugar, sifted
- Note: Use milk chocolate, semi-sweet, white, or whatever flavor chips suits your fancy.
Spicy Cheeseburger Dip

1. Mix RO*TEL®, VELVEETA® and remaining ingredients in large microwavable bowl
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-in. cubes
- 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, undrained
- 1 c. shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
- 4 green onions, sliced

Classic Oyster Stew

- 3 dozen shucked oysters, un-drained (about 1 lb.)

- 2 cups whipping cream
