Chicken & Rice Casserole

Mix together first four ingredients and spread in a 9x13-inch baking dish
- 1 1/2 C. dry rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C. water
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- Chicken breasts
Caramel Carrot Cake

1.Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® carrot cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar (16 to 17.5 oz) caramel or butterscotch topping
- 1 container Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting
Chocolate Yummies

1. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch microwave-safe dish with cooking spray
- •7 Crackers Keebler Grahams Original
- •2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- •1 package (12 oz., 2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- •2/3 cup light corn syrup
- •3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- •1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- •3 cups Ready-To-Eat Cereal Rice Krispies
- Note
- *Each cracker sheet measures about 5 x 2-inches and is scored into 4 pieces.
Chicken Broccoli Divan

1. In 9” pie plate or 2-qt
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut, cooked, and drained
- 1 1/2 C. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 can Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 T. dry bread crumbs
- 1 T. butter, melted
Chicken Normandy

CRUST: Combine crust ingredients; mix lightly
- Crust:
- 1 (8oz) package seasoned bread stuffing mix (4 C)
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1 C. water
- Filling:
- 2 1/2 C. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 C. onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. celery, chopped
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- Topping:
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Cherry Cheesecake

Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crumb crust
- 1 C. cherry pie filling
Pecan Pumpkin Bread

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 1/3 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbs. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 2 C. granulated sugar
- 1/2 C. egg substitute
- 1/2 C. canola oil
- 1/2 C. low-fat buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 C. water
- 1 (15-oz) can pumpkin
- Cooking spray
- 1/3 C. chopped pecans
Hearty Chicken Stew

1. Combine gravy and sage in large skillet
- 2 jars (12 oz each) chicken gravy
- 1/2 tsp. leaf sage, crushed, or poultry seasoning
- 3 C. cooked chicken strips
- 1 can (14.5 oz) cut green beans, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) sliced carrots, drained
- 4-6 corn muffins
Dirt Cake

- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz each )instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 C. milk
- 12 oz. whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pkg. (20 oz) Oreos, crushed
Dill Dip

- 1 16-ounce tub sour cream
- 1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 Homemade Gourmet Mock Spinach Dip (2 T.)
