Fruit Dip

Process in blender. Serve with fresh fruit
- 8 oz. (1 cup) plain yogurt
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 4 tsp. honey
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
CHILI CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN

1. Wash your chicken off under cold tap water and then dry with paper towels
- One large free-range organic whole chicken. Mine was 6 pounds for a 6 quart slow cooker.
- Dry rub (black pepper, sea salt, chili powder, cayenne powder, ground cumin). I used about a teaspoon each of salt, pepper, cumin, and a tablespoon each of the chili powder and cayenne .
- 1/2 cup of lime juice (about 2 limes).
- 1 extra whole lime for stuffing inside your chicken (yes that makes 3 limes total).
- 2 generous handfulls of fresh cilantro.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Buttermilk Wheat Bread

Place all ingredients into a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas

1.Fill large saucepan halfway with water; heat to boiling
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1/4 cup red pepper sauce
- 6 teaspoons olive oil
- 6 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella, Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Blue cheese dressing, if desired
NUTTER BUTTER Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

MIX cookie crumbs and butter
- 24 NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, crushed
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
Sour cream green bean casserole

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish
- 4 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. onion, chopped
- 4 C. green beans, drained
- 1/2 lb. swiss cheese, shredded
Mexican Meatloaf

1. Mix together ground beef, hash browns, egg, soup mix, taco seasoning, and 1 cup cheese
- 1 1/4 # ground beef
- 4 C. hash browns, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 T. dry vegetable soup mix
- 2 T. taco seasoning
- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Spinach and Bacon Quiche

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained*
- 1 9-inch prepared pie crust, unbaked
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® BLT Seasoning
Slow-Cooker Bacon-Ranch Chicken and Pasta

Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray; place chicken breasts in cooker
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
