1. In large skillet, cook and stir onion in butter until tender
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 C. flour
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed chicken broth
- 1 C. water
- 2 1/2 C. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 C. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands southern style biscuits
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Paprika
Garlic and Dried Tomato Bread - for the bread machine

- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup snipped dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 tsp. gluten
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry basil
- 1 tsp. yeast
Chicken Salad Tea Sandwiches

1.In Small Batter Bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, jam, raisins and onion
- 1 can (5 ounces) chunk white chicken, well drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 16 slices fresh, soft wheat bread
Macaroni & Cheddar/Parmesan Cheese

1. Spray inside cooker with cooking spray
- 8-oz. pkg elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
- 13 -oz. can fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 C. fat free milk
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
Turkey Gyros

For dill sauce: In bowl, combine all ingredients
- Cucumber Dill Sauce:
- 1 1/2 C. plain yogurt
- 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T. dill weed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Gyros:
- 12 oz. sliced turkey
- Greek seasoning
- 6-8 pita bread rounds
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 C. crumbled feta cheese
CREAMY TOMATO SOUP

Place tomatoes in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter
- 1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 pint (2 cups) LAND O LAKES™ Half & Half
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Almond Wedding Cupcakes

1.Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- Jordan almonds, if desired

- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
