Chicken Italian

Soak chicken strips in egg 2 hours
- 6 chicken breast halves- cut into strips
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Italian bread crumbs
- 16 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
- 1 C. chicken broth
Chocolate Chip Heart Cookie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/2 C. granulated sugar
- 1/4 C. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Glazed Carrots

- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 C. water
- 1/4 C. brown sugar

- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 C. chunky salsa
- 10 flour tortillas (8”)
Cube Steaks with Gravy

1. Place flour in large resealable plastic bag
- 1/3 C. all-purpose flour
- 6 beef cube steaks (1 1/2#)
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced & separated into rings
- 3 C. water, divided
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
- 1 envelope onion gravy mix
- Hot mashed potatoes or cooked noodles
Double Corn & Cheddar Chowder

- 1 T. butter
- 1 C. onion, chopped
- 1 can (16 oz) cream-style corn
- 1/2 C. diced red bell pepper
- 3/4 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 T. flour
- 2 1/2 C. chicken broth
- 1 C. frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

- 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 C. instant long-grain white rice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

- 3 C. diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/2 lime
- 3/4 C. thick & chunky salsa
- 1 T. southwest seasoning mix
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 1/2 C. shredded colby & monterey jack cheese, divided
- 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1 can (9 0z) bean dip (or refried beans)
