- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/2 c, all Purpose Flour
- 4 c. Whole Milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. black Pepper
- 1 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
- 3 c. sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded~Divided
- 1 c. frozen Petites Peas, Thawed and Drained
Bread, Garlic-Cheese Flat

- 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1.5 c. flour
- 1.5 c. oatmeal
- 1.5 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 6 c. rhubarb chunked
- 1.5 c. water

- 3 T. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Soup, Delicious Ham and Potato

This is a delicious recipe for ham and potato soup that a friend gave to me
- 3 1/2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup diced cooked ham
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground white or black pepper, or
- to taste
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk

Cook pasta according to package directions; Drain and rinse in cold water
- DRESSING:
- 1 pound thin spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 sweet red pepper, diced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Italian salad dressing

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
