- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb, thawed
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, optional
Macroni Coleslaw

1-1/2 cups Miracle Whip Light 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (7 ounces) ring macaroni or ditalini
- 1 package (14 ounces) coleslaw mix
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 can (8 ounces) whole water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Ribs, Crock-pot

Season your rack of ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and favorite seasoning blend
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. of pork ribs (I used St. Louis Style because they're meatier)
- Sea salt, to taste (like THIS) - adjust according to the saltiness of your barbecue sauce
- Black pepper, to taste (I like to add a generous amount)
- 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of your favorite seasoning blend or rib rub (I used a pineapple serrano seasoning)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups of barbecue sauce* (homemade or store-bought)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
