- 1 cup acini de pepe pasta
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained and liquid reserved
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 7 oz miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 T all-purpose flour
- 1 (10 oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained (optional)

- PEACH CAKE :
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 stick of butter (room temperature)
- 8 oz cream cheese (cold)
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 TBS vanilla bean paste or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (if you don't have paste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 lbs. Powdered Sugar, sifted
