Heat the butter and 2 tbsp of the oil together in large skillet
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 apples cut crosswise into 4 thick slices cores removed
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 sweet onion, sliced thick
- 1 red onion sliced thick
- 1 lb pork tenderloin trimmed and cut in 1/2 inch slices
- 1 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 2/3 cup vegetable broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- chopped chives to garnish

- 2 cups 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 pkg 28 oz each frozen obrien potatoes
- 1 pkg 16 oz velveeta cheese cubed
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham

- 1 can 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup country style dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 medium red potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 4 lbs unpeeled large fresh raw shrimp
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup heinz 57 sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
