- 3/4 cup creamed corn
- 3 oz pepper jack cheese grated
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp butter melted

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease 6 individual baking dishes
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 1 green bell pepper finely chopped
- 6 fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 lb cooked crabmeat, flaked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup gruyere cheese shredded
Lemon Pepper Chicken Fettuccine

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 lb ham cubed
- 2 lbs potatoes, boiled drained
- 1/2 head cabbage

- 4 slices bacon
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 1 lb broccoli cut into florets
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz gorgonzola cheese
- pinch of cayenne
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
