- 1 package frozen baby broccoli florets
- 1 lb italian sausage cut into 1" thick pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, or parm reggiano cheese

- 4 4 4 ounces (1/2 cup) mascarpone, at room temperature
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- to salt and white pepper, to taste

- to to pear with canola or veg oil and butter. Add a little sugar and grated cheese. Sante until tender. Add to ricotta stuffed shell filling. But no mozzarella. Try mixing ricotta into pan with pears before filling shell just to heat it a bit
