- 1 standard package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cups finely grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

- 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced

- 1 cup arborio rice
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh marjoram or thyme

- 1/3 cup mascarpone cheese

Pistachio Thumbprint Cookies
- 1/3 cup finely chopped raw pistachios
- 1 log honey-vanilla sable dough
- 1/2 cup sweetened pistachio paste
- 4 tbs unsalted butter, room temp

- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 vanilla beans split lengthwise or I used 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract according to another cookie recipe as per amount of flour, butter etc.
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into 1 inch pieces,room temp
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/4 cup honey
- pistachio paste
- 1/2 cup raw pistachios
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs veg oil
- use food processor. For this recipe, blend 1/2 cup of the paste with 4tbs of unsalted room temp butter. That is the filling

- Thinly slice a baguette; arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with softened butter and sprinkle with salt and sugar. Bake at 425 degrees F until lightly golden, about 7 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Spread softened almond paste on the toast rounds. Press toasted pine nuts into the paste, then brush with melted butter; dust with confectioners' sugar.
