Four-Cheese Baked Ziti

- 1 pkg (16oz) ziti or sm. tube pasta
- 2 cartons (10oz each) refrigerated alfredo sauce
- 1 C (8oz) sour cream
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 carton (15oz) ricotta cheese
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 C grated romano cheese
- 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
- 1-3/4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Corn and Salsa Tortilla Soup

Preheat the broiler. Broil the poblanos until blackened, 10 minutes
- 3 poblano chiles
- 6 corn tortillas, halved then cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick strips
