Easy Four-Layer Chocolate Dessert

Preheat oven to 350°. Place flour in a small bowl; cut in butter until crumbly
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted, divided
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 cartons (8 ounces each) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 2-1/2 cups 2% milk
- 2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
- Chocolate syrup
Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 spaghetti squash, halved and seeded
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 1/4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
FABRIZIOS SALAD DRESSING

mix first 4 ingredients let stand overnight strain add garlic, S & P add egg yolks, whisking in one at a time
- 1 pt olive oil
- 6 oz red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 tsp dried basil
- 2/3 TBL minced garlic
- S & P
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp tabasco
- 1/3 tsp worcestershire
- fresh grated parmesan
Curried Broccoli Soup

in lg. saucepan, bring 2C of stock to boil add onion & simmer over med heat until onion is translucent - abt
- 5 C chicken stock or canned chicken broth
- 1 yellow onion, diced (abt 1-1/2C)
- 1 tart green apple, peeled & sliced
- 1 sm. potato, peeled & thinly sliced
- 3 C chopped broccoli (abt 1LB)
- 1 TBL curry powder
- 1 tsp grd ginger
- 1 C nonfat plain yogurt
- salt
- freshly grd pepper
- lemon sliced or mint leaves for garnish
BLUE PARROT GUACAMOLE
