- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or chipotle chile powder
- S & P
- 3 TBL butter, melted
- 1 LB lg. shrimp, peeled & deveined, w/ tails left on
Tomato Tortellini Soup

cook tortellini according to pkg
- 1 pkg(9oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cans (10-3/4oz each) reduced-sodium condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 2 C vegie broth
- 2 C 2% milk
- 2 C half-and-half
- 1/2 C chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 C shredded parmesan cheese
- additional shredded parmesan cheese

Easy Taco Casserole

in saucepan, brown grd. beef drain add salsa, mayo & chili powder mix well in ungreased 2-QT baking dish, lay
- 1 LB grd beef
- 1 C salsa
- 1/2 C mayo or salad dressing
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 C crushed tortilla chips
- 1 C (4oz) shredded colby cheese
- 1 C (4oz) shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 med tomato chopped
- 2 C shredded lettuce
Beef Roast

Cut roast in half. Transfer to a 5-qt
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (3-4 pounds)
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
