Big Mac Pizza

1. Heat the oven to 400. In a large skillet cook and break up the ground beef over medium high heat
- 1 prepared pizza crust
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing with bacon
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cups shredded Colby-jack cheese
- 5 tablespoons real bacon bits
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
Dutch Oven Pot Roast

1. Heat oven to 325. Rub the roast with salt and pepper
- Sauce:
- Ingredients
- 3-5 lb roast (pork or beef, whatever you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups water
- 1 yellow onion, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons salt
- pepper to taste
Nutella French Toast with Strawberries

1. Combine the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 4 slices of bread (I used Italian)
- 1/2 About 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- butter (for the pan)
- Powdered sugar for serving
Enchilada Pasta Casserole

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 can red enchilada sauce (10 oz)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, divided
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1 can diced green chiles (4 oz)
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Bacon-Cheese Topped Chicken

Heat oven to 375. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, honey, 1-1/2 teaspoons oil and lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4-1/2 teaspoons canola oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Dash paprika
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 bacon strips, partially cooked (or use 2.5 oz package of Oscar Mayer Recipe Size bacon bits)
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
Dorito Chicken Casserole

This recipe is super easy to put together, and is a great way to use up Doritos and rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded and divided
- 1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 1 large bag Doritos, coarsely crushed
- Shredded lettuce (optional)
- diced tomato (optional)
Mummy Dogs

1. Heat oven to 375. Unroll dough and separate at perforations, creating 4 rectangles
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 2 1/2 slices American cheese, quartered
- 10 hot dogs
- Cooking spray
- Mustard or ketchup, if desired
Outback Mac N' Cheese

- 1 package (12 ounce) of medium-size rigatoni pasta or elbow macaroni
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
Spider Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs arranged with sliced olives to look like spiders
- 12 deviled eggs (6 eggs, prepared however you prefer)
- 1 can whole black olives
