Fudge Walnut Brownie Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter (1 stick)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup of Hershey's cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup of Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
Pecan Glazed Pumpkin Pie

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 cup of brown sugar, divided usage
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 deep dish crust, frozen
- 1 cup of pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
Merringue Topping

Add egg whites, salt and vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 tbs. sugar
Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Melt the tbs. margarnine and mushrooms and saute until tender
- 1 tbs. margarine
- 8 ozs. sliced mushrooms
- 5 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 ozs. pimentos, drained
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 1/2 cup crushed crackers
- 2 tsp. poppy seeds
Fruit Cake

Mix all ingredients with 3/4 cup of whiskey or brandy
- 1 lb. raisins
- 2 lbs. dates, cut in half, length wise
- 2 lbs. whole walnuts
- 1 lb. whole red and green cherries (1/2 each)
- 2 lbs. cut, green, red and yellow pineapple
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
Chicken and Penne Pasta

- Boneless chicken breasts
- leeks, cut lengthwise, white only
- garlic
- red peppers
- 1 can plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup vermouth (sweet or dry)
- oregano
- basil
Ultimate Hot Fudge Sauce

In a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan combine sugar, cream, butter and corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 6 tbs. butter (3/4 stick)
- 2 tbs. light corn syrup
- 2 foil wrapped bars (4 ozs.) Nestle unsweetened
- Chocolate Baking Bars
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Buttermilk Pecan Chicken Breasts

Melt butter in baking dish large enough to hold chicken breasts in one layer
- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter + 4 tbs. melted butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg beaten with buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup, pecans, ground
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup pecans halves
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- parsley for garnish
Strawberry Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg or ground mace
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 4 large eggs
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed, well
- drained and chopped
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
Tortilla Garlic

Mix all ingredients and spread onto Tortilla shells
- 3-6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream, lite
- 2 envelopes ranch dressing
- black olives, cut up
- garlic, chopped
