Butter Pecan Turtle Cookies

- Caramel Layer:
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Pecan halves
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Individual Lemon-Lime Cream Tarts

- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts; softened as directed on

- Filling:
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbs. powdered sugar
- 2 tbs. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1/4 cup of lemon curd (from 10 oz. jar)
- Garnish:
- Whipped cream
- strips of lime zest

- 2 cans of milk biscuits
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 sticks of margarine
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 3 tbs. cinnamon
Cheesy Kluski Bake

37 Cook noodles. In skillet, brown the beef with onions and garlic powder
- 1 8 oz. pkg. of noodles
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 4 oz. can of mushrooms (drained)
- 2 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce
- 2 1/3 cups of diced (16 slices) American Cheese

- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 1/2 quarts fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
- 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar

- 5 pkg. (8 oz. ea.) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tbs. flour
- 1 tbs. vanilla
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 12 caramels
- 32 Pecan halves
Overnight Macaroons

Blend the oats, brown sugar and oil
- 4 cups oats
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Bruschetta with peppers and gorgonzola

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus extra for brushing bread
- 2 red belle peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips
- 2 yellow belle peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbs. drained capers
- 1/4 cup julienned fresh basil leaves
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 32 to 36 (1/4 to 1/2 in. thick) baguette slices
- 4 to 5 ozs. creamy Gorgonzola, at room temp.
