- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan-Reggiano cheese
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

- 2 garlic cloves
- 2-3 cups firmly packed fresh basil leavess

- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more as needed

- 1/4 cup grated pecorino cheese

Crean together the shortening, sugar and eggs
- 3/4 cups shortening
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups sifted flour or 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup sour milk
Almond Balls

Cream together until well blended
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. blue cheese
- 1 1/2 tbs. grated onion
- 1 1/2 tbs. finely chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tbs. finely chopped chives
- 1 1/2 tbs. finely chopped and drained Chutney
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Magic Cookie Bars

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes
- 3 tbls. sugar
- 1/2 cur butter
- Mix and press into 13X9X2" dish
- 1 cup chopped walnuts: sprinkle over crust
- 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips: scatter over walnuts
- 3 1/2 oz. can cocoanut: sprinkle over chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened cond. milk: pour over chocolate chips
Poppy Seed Dressing

Process for one minute. With motor running dribble in oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbs. dijon mustard
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. slat
- 3 tbs. grated fresh onion and juice
- 2 cups corn oil
- 3 tbs. poppy seed
Applesauce Spice Cake
