- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1 tbsp orange zest, finely grated

- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Potato Latkes

In a large bowl, combine onion, salt and pepper
- 1 yellow onion, grated
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup matzo meal or flour
- 2 lbs russet potatoes (4 large), peeled and grated

- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325. Place eggs, zest, and sugar in a mixer

- 1.5 oranges, zested
- 1.25 cups sugar
- 2 cups olive oil
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 pint blueberries or raspberries (garnish)
