Melon-berry ice pops

In a blender, combine raspberries and 1/3 c sugar and blend until smooth
- 1 c raspberries (5 oz)
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1/2 c low fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cantaloupe or melon, cut into large pieces (2 cups)
Peach crumble pie

Make crust: In a food processor, pulse flour, salt, and sugar until combined
- Crust:
- 1.25 c flour, plus more
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 stick cold butter, cut into pieces
- filling:
- 3 lbs peaches, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- crumble:
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1/3 c flour
- 1/3 c oats
- 6 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces
Broiled steak wiht rice salad

Cook rice. Heat broiler. Place steaks on a baking sheet and season both sides with salt and pepper
- 1 c long grain rice
- 2 boneless NY strip steaks, 1.75 lbs total
- salt and pepper
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 1/2 c chopped parsley
- 1/4 small red onion, diced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
Cranberry swirl cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar in medium bowl
- 1 cup finely ground graham crackers (8 sheets)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 6 oz cranberries (1 1/2 cups)
- 2 lbs cream cheese, room temp
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs, room temp
Potatoes Boulangere

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 10 tbsp butter
- 4 cups thinly sliced onions
- 2.5 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp pepper
- 5 lbs potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 1 tbs thyme or rosemary
- 1/5 cups chicken stock
Plum blueberry upside down cake

Preheat oven to 375. Spray an 8 inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper
- 10 tbsp (1.25 sticks) butter, room temp
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 large ripe black plum, cut into wedges
- 1.5 cups blueberries
- 1 egg plus 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 375. Butter a 9 by 13 inch baking dish
- One 9 inch long baguette, cut into cubes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tsp sage, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme, chopped
- 1/2 lb bacon slices, diced
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 egg
- 2.5 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 1 peach
- 1 nectarine
- 1 plum
- 16 cherries
