Golden Raisin Bran Muffins Recipe

I tried many bran muffin recipes before coming up with this one
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup All-Bran
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
Buck-Eye Candy

1. Mix all ingredients by hand and form into small balls (roll in palm of hand the size of a buck-eye)
- 1 1/2 pound sugar
- 1 pound peanut butter
- 1/2 pound butter
- Chocolate chip bits
- 1/3 bar of paraffin
Rich Chocolate Chip Toffee Bars

Directions Pre-heat oven to 350°F Grease a 13x9x2 baking pan
- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups (12 oz package) Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips or Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporate milk)

- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups chopped oysters
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups milk and oyster liquor
Broccoli Casserole

- 2 packages frozen broccoli
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sharp shredded cheese
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup crushed cheese crackers (Cheez-It)

- 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 TBSP butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (the real stuff)
