Chinese Roasted Pork on Garlic Bread

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 1/4 lb), cut in half crosswise
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) hoisin sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped and crushed into a paste
- 2 tea. sesame oil
- 1 stick butter, at room temperature
- 1 large loaf Italian bread, split in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup store-bought duck sauce
Chili - Championship

Sear meat in covered 2 qt
- 2 lb. beef, chile grind
- 1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tea. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Gebhardt Chili Powder
- 1 tea. oregano
- 1 1/2 tea. salt
- 2 tea. cumin
- 1/4 tea. cayenne
- '1/2 can beer
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Biscuits - with cranberries and rosemary

Makes great turkey sandwiches
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tea. baking powder
- 2 tea. sugar
- 1 tea salt
- 5 Tbsp. cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Chicken a la Diable

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tea. salt, divided
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tea. cayenne pepper
- 1 cup fresh white breadcrumbs
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2" thickness
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Brisket - Beer Brisket

Trim fat from meat. If nxcessary, cut brisket to fit into a 3 1/2 - 4 qt
- 1 -34 lb. fresh beef brisket
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 12-oz. bottle or can beer
- 1/2 cup bottled chili saucer
- 2 tea. dried steak seasoning
Oriental Salad

Just por dressing over all and let it set - the longer it sets the better it tastes (overnight is a good time frame...
- Dressing:
- 1 head Chinese cabbage (bok choy), chopped fine
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 2 packages ramen noodles (plain, no flavoring), crushed
- and sauted in 1/2 cup butter
- 4 oz. livered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Grilled Tomato Soup with Basil

Cut tomatoes in half, rub with oil,m salt and pepper to taste, and thrown oin a grill with a low fire
- 4 lb. ripe tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 large onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups chicken broth (approximately)
- 8 Tbsp. lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Dip - Spicy Buffalo Beer Dip (w/ velveeta)

Microwave Velveeta and beer in large bowl on HIGH 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring after 3 minutes
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cut into 1/2" cubes
- /2 cup light beer
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Buffalo Wing sauce
- 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 2 green onions, sliced
Marinated Mozzarella cubes

In a quart jar with a tight fitting lid, layer a third of the cheese, peppers, thyme and garlic
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers, drained and cut into bite-size pieces
- 6 fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 2 tea,. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper flakes
- Bread or crackers
Corn - Mexican Corn Pudding (slow cooker)

Whisk eggs in a large bowl
- 2 eggs
- 1 (125 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (14 3/4 oz) can cram style corn
- \1 (4 1/2 oz) can diced green chiles
- 1 (8 1/2 oz) pkg., Jiffy Corn mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tea. cumin
- Optional: Cheese - 1/4 cup of your choice
