Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat and bring to an easy boil
- 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup shredded Mizithra cheese
- salt and pepper
Peanut Butter Ramen with Chicken

Remove seasoning packets from ramen packages and discard or reserve for another use
- 2 (3 oz) pkgs. ramen noodles, any flavor
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- try adding
- sweet chili sauce
- garlic
- chicken
- green onions
Flank Steak - w/ chile marinade

- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tea. chile powder
- 1 tea. cumin

- Ingredients
- 2 pounds large Yukon Gold or other yellow-fleshed potatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped mixed herbs such as parsley, chives, rosemary, and oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon wedge plus additional for serving

Hot Sausage & Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

- 1 (12 oz) pkg. hot breakfast sausage
- 1/8 cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 1/2 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin
- pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- pepper
- chopped fresh parsley, for topping (optional)
Chickadilla Soup

- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 30 oz. diced tomatoes
- 120 oz. mild enchilada sauce
- 4 oz. chopped mild green chilies
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 2 (15 oz) cans black or pinto beans
- 10 oz. frozen corn
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tea. cumin
- 1 tea. chili powder
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
