Pork Chops - Cran-Apple Pork Chops & Sweet Potatoes

Pour applesauce in a large crock pot
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 large sweet potatoes, sliced (about 4-5 cups sliced)
- 2 - 2 1/2 lb. pork chops
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 (16 oz.) jar dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 (16 oz) jar unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
