- 1/2 tea. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of hot sauce, to taste
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup plain or seasoned dried bread crumbs

In a 3 qt. saucepan, mix cranberries, cherries, sugar and water
- 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
- 1/3 cup drie3d cherries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water

- 8 baking potatoes (about 2 1/2 pounds), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound hot italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/2 head green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon jarred horseradish
- 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped

- 1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped
