Sweet Onion Bread Skillet

Cook sliced onion, butter and oil until golden brown
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (13.8 oz) refirgerated pizza crust
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Potatoes - Creamy Red Potatoes

Place potatoes in a 3 qt. slow cooker
- 2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
Bread - Buffalo Bread

Just mix the mayo, sour cream, butter, scallions, and garlic in a medium bowl
- 1 Loaf French bread
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 8 ounces low-fat mozzarella, shredded
- 4 ounces blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup hot sauce (Frank’s is the best)
- 1 Cup scallions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- Fresh ground pepper
Carrots - Asian Pickled Carrots

Makes 3 half-pints
- 1 lb. carrots, bias-sliced into 3/4" pieces (halve any thick carrots lengthwise)
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/4 cup thin strips of peeled fresh ginger
- 3 whole allspice
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 whole cloves
- 4 whole black peppercorns
Glaze - Rosemary-Orange Glaze (for grilled pork tenderloin)

In a small saucepan, bring the concentrate, brown sugar, and rosemary to a simmer
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
Coconut Pecan Coffee Cake

Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions, adding pudding mix and vanilla; set aside
- Filling:
- 1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg (3/4 oz) instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp. 2% milk
- 1/2 tea. vanilla
Chili Base (Robyn made this)

BEEF AND BEAN CHILI 1/2 lb
- 12 lb. tomatoes, peeled and diced
- or - 12 cans petite diced tomatoes
- (I used 6 cans tomatoes with chilies and 6 lb. fresh tomatoes)
- 1/2 cups onions (I used two medium sweet onions, diced)
- 1/2 cups green peppers (I used 2 green peppers, diced)
- 1 large jalapeno (I used two diced)
- 1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 4 tea. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 2 tea. pepper
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup bottled line juice
Snack Mix - with wasabi peas & chow mein noodles

Combine chex cereal, goldfish, teriyaki sauce and melted butter
- 4-5 cups Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups goldfish
- 1/3 cup teriyake sauce
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted

Spicy Baked Beans

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- oil for the baking dish
- 7 oz. bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cans (28 oz. each) barbecue-flavor baked beans
- 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tea. cumin
- salt

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium baking potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
