1. Put all ingredients in a double boiler and heat on medium
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese or asadero cheese or chihuahua cheese, shredded fine
- 4 ounces green chilies
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped fine 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 serrano pepper, chopped fine (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped fine (optional)

- 1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
- 2 cups Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 11/2 cupschopped fully cooked ham

- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tea. cayenne pepper sauce
