Crown Roast of Pork

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 8-11 lb. crown roast of pork (16 chops)
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh sage
- 2 Tbsp. oliveoil
- 1 largehead garlic
- 1 large onion
- 6-8 cups chicken broth
- 5 Tbsp. flour
Simple Taco Soup

In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 3nvelope taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can (16 oz) mild chili beans, undrained
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomato with green chilies
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
Michelada

mix all together
- 3 parts beer
- 1 1/2 parts bloody mary mix
- squeeze of lime
- hot sauce
- ice
- salted rim
Cranberry and Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Combine cranberries, apple, brown sugar, orange zest, orange juice and 1 tea
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries, rinsed and picked over for stems (3 cups)
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange zest (2 oranges)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 1/8 tea. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup + 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 (1 stick) butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tea. vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tea. salt
Pork and Beans (using a 3 lb. pork roast)

Maks 12 servings. Can be cut in half
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (3 lb)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cans (15 oz. each) pork and beans
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tea. gralic powder

Spicy Asian Pork Tenderloin

Preheat grill to medium-high
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tea. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin, patted dry
Cranberry Pumpkin Muffins

In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tea. baking soda
- 1 tea. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
Ramen with Thai Peanut Sauce

Remove seasoning packet from ramen package and discard or reserve for another use
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. ramen noodles, any flavor
- 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tea. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tea. maple syrup
- cayenne pepper to taste, optional
- 2 green onions, sliced

- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
