Egg Nog

12 egg yolks 2 cups of sugar 2 TB of vanilla Mix these three ingredients together until creamy 3 cups half and

- 3 cups half and half blend for one minute
- 1/2 cup of grain alcohol
Chili - Blue Ribbon Chili

Brown hamburger and onions together
- 3 pound brown hamburger (drained)
- 1 onion
- 1 package McCormick Chili Seasoning
- 3 cans hunts diced tomatoes in sauce
- 2 cans Busch's chili beans mild sauce
- 1 Brooks chili beans mild
- Tomato juice add as much or as little as you want
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Fruit Tart

1 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 stick soft margarine 1/2 cup chopped pecans Pat into pizza pan
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 stick soft margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Pat into pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and chill.
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- cool whip
- Mix together and spread on chilled pie crust
- Fruit - strawberries, blueberries, kiwi
- cut up and arrange on tart and apple jelly glaze. Refrigerate.
Hamburger Casserole

Brown hamburger and drain
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1-2 can(s) cream of mushroom
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Tator Tots
Calico Salad

Mix all the vegetable ingredients together and set aside
- 1 can shoe-peg corn (drained)
- 1 can French cut green beans
- 1 can early (young) peas (drained)
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 small jar pimentos (drained)
- Heat and cool
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Heat first four ingredients in microwave or crock pot
- 1 can (12.5oz.) cooked chicken
- 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup wing sauce (I prefer Cookies, but used Otts today)
- Shredded cheddar
Apple Brickle Dip

Mix ingredients (use just about 1/3 of the Heath bits) and serve with the apple slices
- 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg 10 oz English Toffee bits (Heath pieces)
- tart granny smith apples
Easy Marinara Meatball Subs

Place the meatballs in a slow cook and pour marinara sauce over meatballs
- 28-32 frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 1 (32 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 8 sub hot dog buns
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Kaetlyn's Rotini

Cook the rotini according to package directions
- 1 lb. whole wheat rotini
- 1 jar of basil and garlic pasta sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- 1 8 oz. carton ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 stick of butter
- shredded Italian cheese blend
Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 1/2 quarts chicken broth
- 2 cups spinach - packed, rinsed and thinly sliced
- 1 cup seashell pasta (we used the small rice shaped pasta (Orzo)

- 3/4 cup diced carrots
