Oreo Balls

Using a blender or hand held mixer, mix Oreos and cream cheese together
- 1 (16 ounce) packages Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (24 ounce) packages white chocolate bark
- 1 (24 ounce) packages chocolate bark
Oatmeal Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 T honey
- 1 cup coconut water (or other liquid, such as juice)
Frozen Green Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together
- 2 Cups frozen chopped spinach
- 1 Cup chopped mango
- 1 banana
- 1 Granny Smith apple chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups unfiltered, unsweetened apple juice
Pumpkin Loaf

1. Preheat the oven at 350 and spray a 9x9 baking dish
- For Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- For cheesecake layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- For pumpkin layer:
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3 small packages vanilla instant pudding
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- For topping:
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Cheese Garlic Biscuit

Preheat over to 450 degrees
- 2 cups buttermilk baking mix (bisquick)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Coconut Dream Bars

To make the crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F and place rack in middle of ove
- For the crust:
- 2 C unbleached all-purpose flour
- 3/4 C packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 C pecans
- 1/4 t salt
- 10 T unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces and chilled
- For the filling:
- 1 1/2 C sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 C cream of coconut (you can find this in the baking aisle)
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 C packed dark brown sugar
- 2 T unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 C pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
Blackened Grilled Tilapia

directions Heat grill on high 5 minutes
- 4-6 Tilapia
- 2 Tbls. Paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp ground red pepper
- 1.5 tsp dried, crushed basil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
Lasagna

Mix together tomatoes crushed, tomato sauce, and spices
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 2 (1#) cans Tomatoes, Stewed
- 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Fennel Seed
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 2 Eggs
- 12 oz Cottage Cheese
- 9 Lasagna Noodles Uncooked
- 1 # Ground Beef (cooked)
- 8 oz Mozzarella, Shredded
- Pan Size 9” x 15” x 2 “
