Pecan Tassies

Let one 3-ounce package cream cheese and ½ cup butter soften; blend together
- 3 -ounce package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- dash salt
- 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup broken pecans
Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pkg (8 oz) frozen spinach, defrosted
- 1 can (13 oz) artichoke hearts, non-marinated, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pkg (16 oz total) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream (or milk)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Stuffed Mushrooms

Wash Mushrooms, remove stems, chop stems & reserve
- 12 Large Mushrooms (24oz)
- 2 Tblsp butter or Oleo
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 oz pepperoni, diced (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Ritz round crackers (HiHo)(12 crackers), finely crushed
- 3 Tblsp parmesan cheese
- 1 Tblsp parsley, snipped
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Dash of pepper
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
Zuppa Toscano Crockpot Soup

1. Brown and crumble sausage in a frying pan
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 1 pint Heavy Cream
- 1 bunch Kale, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 6-7 Red Potatoes diced into bite size pieces
- 14 oz chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese as a topping
Karen Arnold's Crab Dip

Mix together. Chill for 1 hour
- 1/2 lb of crab meat
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 pkg ranch dip mix
- 2-3 chopped green onions
Crock Pot Lasagna

Prep Work: Brown sausage. Mix with spaghetti sauce
- 2 pounds sausage or ground beef (browned)
- 2 cans (26.5 oz each) Spaghetti sauce
- 1 Box Lasagna Noodles (cooked)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (use as much or as little as you like)
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg
Cheesy Bean Dip

Combine beans, sour cream, cream cheese and enchilada seasoning
- 1 can of refried beans w/chilies & onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 pkg enchilada seasoning
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cheddar Broccoli Tart

Preheat oven to 375F. In large bowl, with wire whisk, beat milk, eggs and recipe mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 package Knorr Recipe Classics Leek Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
- 1 package (10oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups, shredded cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese (about 6oz)
- 9 - Inch unbaked or frozen deep-dish pie crust
Rhonda Huhmann's Salad

Cut up the red romaine, green romaine, red pepper, green pepper, and red onion
- 1 head of red romaine
- 1 head of green romaine
- red pepper
- green pepper
- red onion
- Saute Mixture
- stick butter
- 2 pkgs of ramen noodles (no seasoning)
- 6 oz almonds
- 1/2 bottle of seaseme seeds
- 2 1/2 cups craisens
- Dressing
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
Chunky Salsa

Just cut it all up and mix it together
- 3 avacados
- 3 tomatoes
- half an onion
- 1/4 c. of green or red peppers
- 1/2 c. of sweet cherry peppers (you can get them by the pickles)
- 1/4 lime juice
- 3 Tablespoons of parsley
