Sugar Pretzels

Turn oven on 200 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 bag of pretzels
Oreo Truffle

Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended
- 1pkg.1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1pkg.1 pkg. OREO Cookies, finely crushed
- 8oz.8 oz. chocolate, melted
Spinach Dip

Defrost spinach; drain well and squeeze until dry
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 4 or 5 green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
Pesto Ranch Crock Pot Chicken

Turn crock pot to high setting
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 6 ounce jar of pesto
- 1 package Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Turkey Tetrazzini

Cook spaghetti according to package
- 1 box (7oz) spaghetti broken into 2in pieces
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can 10-3/4 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cans (4oz each) sliced mushrooms drained
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 jar (2oz) chopped pimentos, drained
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Additional shredded cheddar cheese
Wonton Appetizer

Put wonton wrappers in greased muffin tins
- 1 pkg of wontons
- 1 lb sausage browned and drained
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 small can of black sliced olives
- 1 cup of ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup of chopped red pepper
- Olive Oil
Grandma Newkirk's Pancakes

This makes a big batch. You can keep in the refrigerator for several days
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup baking powder
- 1 T salt
Chicken Roll Ups

Mix 1st five ingredients together
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 TB minced onions
- 1 c shredded cheese
- 2 c shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 egg
- 1 c crushed cornflakes
Mexican Bacon Dip

Fry bacon till crisp, crumble and set aside
- Can of refried beans
- 6 slices of bacon
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- cumin
- salsa (thicker is better) 1/2 jar
- 1 sm container sour cream
- shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sm can green chilies
- 1 sm can sliced black olives
- 1 medium tomato
- green onion chopped
- Queso Fresco (mexican crumbly
- 1 avocado chopped
Holiday Potatoes

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain and mash
- 3 lbs. potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 3oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 2oz. jar diced pimentos,drained
- 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
