French Breakfast Muffins

Heat over to 350 degrees. Grease muffin cups
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 nutmeg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Cook meat & let it cool. Add all ingredients to a gallon size freezer bag except egg noodles
- 2 pounds of cubed beef stew meat or 4 cups of cooked ground beef
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 T minced garlic
- packet of onion soup mix
- chopped mushrooms (optional)
- egg noodles (to serve over the day you cook)
Party Mix

Mix together. Bake at 250 degrees 35-40 minutes
- 1/2 box corn Chex cereal
- 1/2 bag of pretzels
- 1 can of peanuts
- 1 box of Cheese-It's
- I pkg of ranch dressing
- 1/4 to 1/3 bottle Mrs. Dash extra spicy
- 1 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
Chicken Pot Pie

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix filling ingredients in a medium bowl
- 2 cups chunked cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken and herbs soup
- 1 box (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetable thawed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 box refrigerated ready to use pie crust
Cheese Dip

Mix together
- 1/2 jar Helmans real mayo
- 1 pkg almon silver
- 1 jar Hermel bacon pieces
- 1 pkg (2 cups) fancy sharp shredded cheese
- Green onions
Cinnamon Pretzels

Mix ingredients. Pour over pretzels - make sure they are coated
- Bag of pretzels
- 1/2 C. Oil
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
Glazed Sausage Bites

In a bowl, combine sausage, egg, crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, and ground sage and thyme
- Ingredients:
- •1 pound bulk pork sausage
- •1 egg, slightly beaten
- •1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs
- •1/3 cup milk
- •1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- •1/8 teaspoon ground thyme
- •1/2 cup water
- •1/4 cup ketchup
- •2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- •1 tablespoon vinegar
- •1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 T Italian Seasoning
- 1 lb Ham
- 2-3 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
- Pizza Sauce for dipping

- Pepperoni
- Mushrooms
- Green Peppers
- Onions

- 1/2 yellow onion, grated
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- pinch of ground cayenne pepper
- sea salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, minced
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, minced
