For corn Crabcakes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Creole mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Fried Tofu with Tomatoes and Rice

Directions Halve tofu horizontally; then crosswise
- 1 container (14 ounces) firm or extra-firm tofu, drained
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
- 1 box (10 ounces) frozen green beans, defrosted
- 4 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces (3 cups)
- Cooked white rice, for serving (optional)

1. Lightly brush grill rack with vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 teaspoons hot-pepper sauce
- 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, breasts, wings)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 7-12 Plum tomatoes
- (If using fresh, blanch tomatoes to remove the skin)
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves (mashed)

- 2 pounds red potatoes (about 6 medium), peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 5 cups)

- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
- 24 curry leaves (optional)
- 1 small whole dried red chile
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno (seeds and ribs removed if you prefer a milder flavor), finely chopped
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
